미드기사

 

Mid-Range Paladin once again sees itself at the top of the meta for the second week in a row. This is largely due to its widely favorable match-ups across the Tier and 2 decks. As I mentioned last week, Paladin’s new 4 drop, Keeper of Uldaman, has given Mid-Range Paladin that extra versatility that it needed. The card can be used both offensively, usually on a 1/1 token to either push damage or take a value trade, or defensively on a big threat such as Ysera or Fel Reaver. We see Mid-Range Druid returning to Tier 1 this week, which is great for Mid-Range Paladin as it is a comfortable match-up. Control Warrior and Druid are both decks that you want to face while playing Mid Pally.

 

미드기사가 다시 한번 둘째주에도 덱 랭크 1위에 나타났다. 이는 전체 대전에서 할만한 매치업(덱들)이 많다는 점과 2개의 덱(드루와 전사) 덕분이다. 저번주에 이야기했듯, 성기사의 새로운 4코 하수인 울다만의 수호자는 미드레인지 기사가 필요로 하던 엄청난 다재다능함을 제공했다. 이 카드는 1/1토큰에 써서 이득보는 교환에 사용할 수도 있고, 이세라나 지옥절단기와 같은 큰 위협적인 카드를 대처하는 방어적 용도로도 쓸 수 있다. 우리는 미드드루가 이번주 1티어로 복귀한 것을 확인할 수 있는데, 미드두르가 상대하기 참 편하다는 점에서 미드기사에게 매우 좋은 소식이다. 방밀전사와 드루이드 둘다 당신이 미드기사를 운영하면서 만나고 싶은 덱일 것이다.

 

After further testing, we have come to the conclusion that Renolock is favored in the match-up, its array of board clears and ability to heal up with Reno when you use all of your steam is often too much. Paladin’s lack of a consistent and cheap draw engine means that once it runs out of pressure and cards in hand, the game is often over. Good luck avoiding the Renolocks and Freeze Mages on ladder this week, and good luck achieving your rank aims.

 

우리는 리노 흑마가 할만한 매치업이라는 결론에 대해 추가적인 테스트를 거친 후, 미드기사가 온 힘을 쏟아붓는 시점에 필드 클리어가 되고 리노로 힐하는 상황이 종종 등장함을 확인했다.(결국 미드기사가 리노 흑마에게 힘들다는 이야기임) 성기사에게 뒷심이 부족하고 드로우가 부족하다는 말은 일단 그 압박에서 벗어나고 카드가 내 손에 있다면, 그 게임(성기사를)을 종종 끝내버릴 수 있다는 말이다. (그래프 덱 상성에서는 리노흑마 승률이 50% 이상으로 표기되어 있으나 이 글은 다른 내용을 담고 있는 듯) 이번 주에서 리노흑마와 냉법을 피하고 등급전 목표를 달성할 행운이 있기를.

 

파마기사

Secret Paladin sits at second spot behind Mid-Range Paladin this week. LoE has not made any changes to the deck, instead it has introduced a few new deck archetypes, none of which directly counter Secret Pally. In turn, the deck is once again in Tier 1, and will remain there indefinitely. Secret Paladin has seen itself losing popularity on ladder, largely due to the fact that the deck is pretty boring to play. Once the server resets its safe to assume that we will see more of the deck, as people want to rush to legend with a both strong and easy deck. Until then, if you want to finish off your legend climb before the reset, or finish a high rank in the legend ranks, Secret Paladin is more than viable.

파마 기사는 미드레인지 기사 뒤의 두번째 자리에 앉았다. 탐험가연맹은 이 덱에 어떠한 변화도 주지 못했고, 대신에 새로운 몇가지 덱을 등장시켰지만, 그 어떤것도 파마덱을 직접적으로 카운터 하지는 못했다. 결국, 이 덱은 다시 1티어이며, 무기한으로 남아 있을 것이다.

파마 기사는 등급전에서 인기를 잃어가고 있는 것으로 보이는데, 가장 큰 이유는 이 덱이 플레이하기에 상당히 재미가 없다는 점이다. 일단 서버가 리셋되면 이 덱이 가진 안정성은 전설을 달기 위해 강하고 쉬운 덱을 원하는 많은 사람들에 의해 다시 많이 보여지게 될 것이다. 그때까지, 당신이 서버 리셋 전까지 전설로 올라가려 하거나, 혹은 전설에서 높은 등급으로 마무리하고 싶다면, 파마 기사가 높은 성공률을 보일 것이다.

 

미드드루

This week, Mid-Range Druid climbs back to Tier 1. Renolock is the most popular deck in the current meta, as best counter deck to Reno, Mid-Range Druid becomes much more powerful than weeks ago. The list we are featuring this week is the one I recently climbed to Rank 1 legend with. As for tech choice, I add Ancient of War and Sludge Belcher to help against aggro decks like Zoolock, Aggro Shaman, Aggro Druid, Tempo Mage. We all know, one of Mid-Rang Druid’s weakness is that it’s very hard to come back once you lost control of board as a druid player. Sylvanas Windrunner is one of a few cards which would help at this situation, also it is very powerful card in most control match-ups.

이번 주, 미드드루가 다시 1티어로 돌아왔다. 리노흑마가 현재 메타에서 가장 인기를 끌고 있는 이 때, 최고의 카운터 덱이 될 수 있는 미드드루는 이전보다도 더 강한 힘을 얻을 것이다. 이번주 공개하는 덱은 내가 최근에 전설 1위를 찍었던 덱이다. 기술적인 선택으로써, 나는 전쟁의 고대정령과 썩은위액을 추가했는데, 이는 위니흑마, 어그로 주술사, 어그로 드루, 템포법사 등과 같은 어그로 덱을 상대하는데 큰 도움을 준다. 여러분들도 알고 있는 미드드루의 약점 중 하나는 일단 필드 주도권을 뺏기면 되찾는 것이 무척이나 어렵다는 점이다. 실바나스는 이러한 상황을 도와줄 몇 장의 카드 중 하나이며 또한 컨트롤 덱과의 대전에서 큰 힘을 발휘하는 카드이다.

 

위니악흑

Demon Zoo continues to be a Tier 1 choice this week as League of Explorers takes a break. The deck strategy of taking the board early along with the possibly of cheating a big demon into play makes the deck a very powerful choice in the meta. A big discussion I saw last week was is Dire Wolf better than Dark Peddler in the current state of Zoo, and that I would say they are very similar power level but do different things so it comes down to preference.

위니악흑은 탐험가연맹이 쉬는 이번주에도 계속해서 1티어로 뽑혔다. 필드를 초반에 장악하고 (공허소환사를 통해) 고코 악마 하수인을 끌어낼 수 있다는 점이 지금 메타에서 매우 강력한 힘을 발휘하게 해 준다. 저번주에 크게 논의되었던 것은 광포한 늑대 우두머리가 어둠의 행상인보다 지금 메타에 낫느냐는 점이었는데, 내가 말할 수 있는 것은 그것들은 매우 유사한 파워를 가지고 있으며 결국 선호도의 문제라는 점이다.

Demon Zoo has had great success with both cards so either way you decide to go is a good choice. The deck being very consistent makes it a big force to be reckon with especially in a very fresh meta. It is also a deck to prey on the non-hunter aggressive decks as Zoo is great against things like Aggro Shaman and Raptor Rogue both of which being fairly popular.  Also Reno seems to be a decent amount of the ladder and even though you are not favored, the match-up is not as bad as you would think. The Reno decks are very inconsistent leaving Demon Zoo a good chance at getting a win if they don’t draw their one-of’s at the right time.

위니악흑은 두 카드 모두로 좋은 성공을 거두어 왔으며, 따라서 어느쪽이든 좋은 선택이다. 이 덱은 특히 새로운 메타에서 꾸준히 큰 힘을 발휘하고 있다. 이 덱은 위니덱처럼 non-hunter나이사가 없는 어그로 덱을 잡아먹을 수 있는데 최근에 인기를 얻고 있는 어그로 주술사나 랩터 도적과 같은 것을 대적하기 좋다. 또한 리노가 등급전에서 그럭저럭 보이고 있는데, 비록 당신이 맘에 들지는 않을지라도 리노와의 대전은 생각보다 나쁘지 않다. 리노덱은 매우 불안정하며, 한장짜리 카드들을 제 때 드로우하지 못한다면 악마 하수인들을 풀어 이길 찬스를 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 냉법

Freeze Mage is still in Tier 1 this week. With new decks being popularized such as Aggro Shaman and Flood Zoo, the meta has changed quite significantly. The meta is speeding up a lot now, making Freeze Mage still a strong deck in the meta. Tools like Ice Barrier, Reno Jackson, and Ice Block serve as good stall mechanics versus aggro decks allowing you enough time to squeeze out the win. Freeze Mage still has its bad match-ups, Control Warrior and Mid-Range Druid. These decks are not that popular in the current meta, and that is just another reason for Freeze Mage in tier 1. If Freeze Mage continues to stay in tier 1, Warrior and Druid might make an uprising, but for now the focus is on more popular decks like Aggro Shaman and Secret Paladin.

냉법이 이번주에도 여전히 1티어로 나았다. 어그로 샤먼과 성물회 위니흑마와 같은 새 덱이 인기를 끌면서 메타는 상당히 변화를 겪었다. 지금 메타는 상당히 초반을 달리고 있으며, 이는 냉법이 여전히 메타에서 강력한 덱이도록 해 준다. 얼음 보호막, 리노잭슨, 그리고 얼음 방패는 어그로 덱을 상대로 좋은 시간 지연 도구이며 승리할 때 까지 충분한 시간을 벌어 준다. 냉법에게 방밀전사와 미드드루는 여전히 나쁜 상성을 가지고 있다. 그 두가지 덱은 현재 메타에서 큰 인기가 없고, 이는 냉법이 1티어에 있게 하는 다른 이유이기도 하다. 만일 냉법이 계속 1티어에 머무른다면, 전사와 드루가 부상하겠지만, 지금 초점을 맞춰야 할 것은 더 인기가 많은 어그로 주술사와 비밀기사이다.

The distinction between the Luffy's Aggro Shaman (the list we are featuring this week) and the list which uses a mech shell (popularized by Reynad earlier this season (which can be found on Tempo Storm's Hearthstone site titled Reynad Smorc Shaman) is something that must be mentioned. Both lists have been successful for a number of players on the NA server, each have their own nuances and play style, as well as better match-ups. Reynad's list tends be more effective against mid-range decks than Luffy's due to Powermace, where as Luffys should be more effective in aggro mirrors. Therefore, your own play style, as well as what your facing on ladder, is something to consider if you want to have optimal results when playing this archetype.

Luffy의 어그로 주술사(이번주 덱에 올라온 것)와 기계하수인들을 사용하는 레이나드 덱의 차이에 대해서는 꼭 말해야 할 것이 있다. /두가지 덱 모두 링크 걸어놓았습니다. 두가지 덱 모두 북미서버에서 많은 사람들이 성공해 왔고 각 덱은 그만의 뉘앙스와 플레이 스타일을 가지면서 더 나은 대전을 펼쳤다. 레이나드 덱은 강화 철퇴 덕에 Luffy의 덱보다 미드덱에 적합하며 Luffy는 어그로덱 미러전에서 더 효과적이다. 따라서, 좋은 결과를 내기 위해 이 덱을 플레이하려면, 당신의 플레이 스타일, 그리고 등급전에서 어떠한 상대를 만나느냐에 따라서, (어떤 방식을 택할지) 고려해봐야만 할 것이다.
